My Music Machine - About - Ben's profile image

Hey, I'm Ben!

Hi, I’m Ben – part music producer, part software engineer, part-time mad scientist (in a totally harmless, caffeine-fueled kind of way).

By day, I wrangle code and bugs into submission. By night, I summon beats, synths, and glitchy sounds from the void – sometimes intentionally! Somewhere in between, you’ll find me soldering wires to mysterious circuits, building gadgets that make noise, blink lights, or ideally… both.

I live at the intersection of 0s, 1s, and 120 BPM. Whether it’s turning an old cassette deck into a MIDI controller or training an AI to write synthwave love ballads (yes, that happened), I’m always chasing the next “what if…?” moment.

My hobbies include:

  • Talking to my DAW and IDE like it’s a person (it never listens).
  • Naming my hardware projects like DrumMasterV3.172_final_5.
  • Explaining to non-tech friends what “generative audio synthesis using fine-tuned LLMs” means (they regret asking).

I believe creativity and tech make the ultimate duo – like peanut butter and bass drops.

So if you like soundwaves, source code, or just enjoy watching someone turn a toaster into a drum machine (don’t tempt me), you’re in the right place.

Code, Cables & Chaos For All!
